  • Where can I find the chat rules?

  • How do I report a player in a chat?

    • Chat issues are handled by Facebook or Discord community administrators. Write them a message or leave your complaint in the channel #report-player (Discord), and do not forget to attach screenshots of chat.

    Unfortunately, tech support does not handle chat issues.

  • What should I do if I was banned in the chat?

    • You can contact the administrator of the Facebook or Discord community to find out what the ban was issued for.

  • How to switch the game chat

    • You can switch the chat region in Personal account, section Profile - Chat options.

    Select the channel and click "Confirm". After the restart of the game you will have the chat of the selected region.


    Important: Before switching the chat channel, we recommend that you read the rules of conduct in game chat.

  • Why is my country not on the list?

    • You can submit a group application to add an additional language channel. If there are enough votes, we will add the requested channel to the game.

    To request a voting form, contact the Community Administrator in private messages.

    Important: The collection of votes is carried out within a week. If the number of votes turned out to be insufficient, then you can re-apply only after 3 months.

    Channels with low activity will be disbanded, so do not invite friends who do not chat to fill out an application.

  • How often can I change the chat channel?

    • The player can choose any convenient chat channel according to his needs.

    There are no restrictions on changing chat channels.

  • If I was banned in one channel, will I be able to write in another?

    • If a player gets banned in one of the channels, he loses access to all language channels for the duration of the ban.

  • How to add a player to the black list

    • To add a player to the black list, click on the nickname of a player in the game chat, in the list opened select Add to Blacklist.

    When you add a player to your blacklist, no messages from that player will appear in your chat. However, the player on your black list will see your messages in game chat.


  • How to remove a player from the black list

    • You can remove a player from the blacklist in Personal account - Profile - Blacklist. Click on the red garbage can to the right of the nickname of the player to remove the player from the black list.


  • How to become a moderator

    • To become a chat moderator you need to read the rules and requirements of a chat moderator.

    After reading the requirements and responsibilities, you need to contact the administration of the official game communities in social networks.

    Unfortunately, the technical support does not deal with moderators.
