    • Promocodes can be obtained for various in-game events held in the game's communities, on streams and on various holidays.

    Important! Promotion codes are only given out in the official community game. We are not responsible for promo codes obtained from third party sites, not official communities or third parties.

  • How to activate a promocode

    • You can activate a promotion code in your Personal account - Profile - Promo-code activation. Copy the promotion code, paste it into the activation field and press "Activate".


  • Problem with promo code activation

    • If the promotion code was entered correctly, but the activation did not happen:

    1. Check that the promotion code is spelled correctly. Copy the promotion code;

    Use a different browser;

    Refresh Personal account page.


    If the problem is not solved, write to technical support saying:

    1. Promo-code;

    2. Date and time of the promo code activation (MSK);

    3. Screenshot/video of the error.
