If you are thrown out of the fight, first of all check your Internet connection. You can also check ping to Amsterdam or Singapore depending on which server you are playing on. Remember that it should not exceed 300 ms. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the minimum system requirements of our game. If your device meets them, and your ping does not exceed the acceptable threshold, please contact technical support.
Don't forget to also specify the ID of the battle in which the problem occurred.
If you have problems with the game, then you can take a number of measures to improve the quality of the game. First, change the graphics quality in the settings. The lower the graphics quality, the less RAM and graphics memory is required for its processing. Also close background applications that may load the system.
Sometimes task update requires some time. However, it will be added to your count anyway. Try to re-enter the game and check if task's status was updated. Also check if you have fulfilled all the conditions of the task (for example, "within one battle" or "in one shot").

If you receive an error saying "No advertisement was found at the moment, please try again later. It's possible that your region has run out of ad impressions. We advise you to wait a while and try again.
